Outside, there are a number of buildings on the land in the area of the house, including a large room for dogs, several agricultural rooms and dog kennels, also an aviary. There are several chicken coops and an area devoted to grapevines, as the owners produce their own wine. On the large plot there are many trees, including apricots, figs, chirimoya, avocados, mango, nispero, peaches, nectarines, olives, oranges, mandarins lemons, apples, and many more.
