This excellent property is located between Pizarra and Estacion de Cartama, and is in the municipality of Pizarra. It has very good access, with a bus route within walking distance and a local railway station, Aljaima, within a couple of minutes by car. Malaga airport is 30 minutes by car, and the coast 35 minutes. Both of the nearby towns have full facilities, and there is an International school, Sunland International, less than 10 minutes away.

The house has been cleverly designed to provide flexible accommodation, and would be perfect as a rural bed and breakfast. There are three different configurations possible without any changes to the property. The first configuration is as a large 7 bedroom 3 bathroom family house. The second configuration is for the sliding door at the end of the internal hallway to be closed, providing two separate accommodations. One bedroom has a door each side of the partition and so the division can be made to provide a 5 bedroom house and 2 bedroom apartment, or 4 bedroom house and 3 bedroom apartment. Also some bedrooms can be used for other purposes. At the time of taking our photos, one bedroom is being used as a study, and another as a second living room for the apartment.

The house is presented in perfect order, with double glazed windows with security blinds, high quality wood flooring throughout, new fittings in the kitchens and bathrooms, new appliances and new wiring and plumbing. Water is supplied from a community well and the house has a three phase electricity supply, with a high rating of 10.5kW. 20mB internet is connected.

The large plot is slightly sloping with the house being located on a large plateau at the highest point, thus benefitting from superb views of the surrounding area. There are two entrances, one with an electric sliding gate direct from the road, and the other at the rear of the plot from a shared access. The main entrance gate opens to a concrete driveway leading up to the front of the property, where there is parking for many cars. Across the front of the house there are flowering plants, palm trees and other features. At the front of the house a large covered terrace provides a quiet and shaded sitting/ dining area looking towards the views. The front door opens in to the entrance hallway, and to the left an arch leads in to the spacious and bright living room, which has a high ceiling with two fans. The living room has three sets of pocket patio doors, completely invisible when opened. Two of the doors open on to a large open terrace facing the pool, and the third opens in to the front covered terrace. Also in the living room there are fitted storage cupboards. On the other side of the hallway, the kitchen is at the front of the house and has an external door to the front terrace. It is well equipped with extensive floor and wall cupboards, worktops, electric hob, integrated oven and microwave, integrated separate fridge and freezer, integrated dishwasher, stainless steel sink and drainer, and window facing the views. Outside the kitchen door there is an open terrace with space for table and chairs.

A long internal hallway leads to the bedrooms and the apartment. Along the left hand side of the hallway, there is the master suite, two double bedrooms each with two sets of fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and basin in vanity unit. The master suite has a dressing area, large double bedroom with ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and outside door to a private sitting area, as well as a superb ensuite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, toilet, basin in vanity unit and electric towel radiator.   On the right hand side of the long hallway, there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, currently used as a study, and a further double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and two lockable doors allowing this room to be part of the main house or part of the apartment.

At the end of the internal hallway, the apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and sitting area. One bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, the other has sliding patio doors and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is currently used as a living room, although with the partition door closed, the end of the hallway becomes a sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with worktops, floor and wall cupboards, electric hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, stainless steel sink and drainer and door to the gardens. This door is the front door to the apartment if it is locked off. The bathroom has shower cubicle, toilet and basin with vanity unit.  There is a large loft space above the apartment. Outside the apartment, there is a further terrace with space for table and chairs, to give separate outside space for guests.

Outside, at the left of the property, there is the swimming pool, with a large sitting terrace, and below the pool there is storage and the pump room. The pool has a brand new pump. At this end of the property there is also a two car carport, a dog kennel and a wooden workshop.
