The Main House

Entering the driveway through the heavy double gates, the main house is directly ahead. Andalucian Courtyard

Second detached house

Across the front driveway, there is a second detached two storey house, with a separate electric entrance gate, separate parking area, private garden, front terrace and first floor terrace. This house also has an open terrace with barbecue to the side. The front door opens in to the kitchen/ dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with worktops, floor and wall cupboards, gas hob, electric oven, extractor, fridge freezer, sink, and window to the front terrace. The dining area has a woodburner, and space for dining table and chairs. The gardens and land

At the front of the house, there are lawned areas, large driveway and plenty of parking, and a two car carport with a mezzanine level for storage. Everywhere there are special features, including a pond with waterfall near to the front porch. Also at the front there are two storage rooms housing the water equipment. On the left of the driveway, there is a large pond with irrigation water flowing through in the summer and rainwater in the winter. The water continues from the pond to the existing irrigation channels. Also to the side of the house there is an aviary.

The rear garden is reached from the courtyard, or using a path near the aviary, or through a decorative stone arch arch near to the carport. Here there are extensive terraces, the beautiful freeform swimming pool, with central waterfall and lighting, mature palm trees and other trees, a woodland walk and several paths. There are large lawned areas, and near to the house there is a bathroom for outside use.

Next to the main gardens, separated by a hedge, is a large flat field, currently used by the present owner to grow quality grass for sale as a business. This could also be used for horses etc. but if continued for grass production, would bring in a good income. It has a separate water supply and separate electricity. The sellers would be interested in renting this land if a new owner does not wsh to use it.

 

The main house was built for the present owners to a very high standard, with damp course, double block walls and insulation, making it very warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
