Outside, near to the steps to the upper apartment, there is a large lockable storage room with access from both ends. The swimming pool has steps and a fenced terrace, and then there is a further large open terrace between this and the covered terrace. Under this large terrace there is a 60,000 litre water deposit, and the property has a private well. On the other side of the track, there is a further plot of land, with parking space, and this land could be used for planting, etc. 

The property has not been used for some time and requires some tidying of the terraces and cleaning up outside.
