At the front of the house there is a covered terrace facing the pool and the views. The front door opens in to the hallway, and to the left there is the living room, with ceiling fan and corner fireplace with woodburner, The kitchen has worktops, twin stainless steel sinks, floor cupboards and drawers, electric hob and extractor and fridge freezer. On this floor there are two double bedrooms, one with ceiling fan, and a bathroom with shower with glass block wall, toilet and basin. A wide staircase leads down to the lower floor, which has windows for natural light. There is a very large bedroom/ living room, which could easily be split to provide a third and fourth bedroom. The downstairs bathroom has shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and basin. A door from the living area opens to a large storage room with outside door, and this could be incorporated in to the downstairs accommodation to provide a further room.

Everything in the house is finished to a high standard. The windows have wood effect frames, fly screens and security blinds, all the internal doors are high quality, and there is no reform required at all.

Outside, at the front of the house there is the swimming pool, with pump and filter. The house is situated centrally in the plot and there are many trees both to the front and the rear. The trees include around 180 olive trees, with an annual yield of on average of 3000kg, and also nispero, mandarin, orange, lemon, almond, avocado and chirimoya. The trees are irrigated with water from a natural mountain spring. Water for the house is provided from the mains, and next to the house there are two water storage tanks, one for mains back up to the house and the other for spring water for irrigation. Behind the house there is a flat area used for growing vegetables, and this is surrounded by producing grape vines of 3 varieties. The entire finca has been maintained to a high standard and the trees are all in excellent condition.

To the side of the front terrace, there is a pergola and barbecue, and in the shady area to the rear of the house, there is a further sitting area. The front of the house faces east, towards the village, and so enjoys afternoon sun.
